Poetry and Aphorisms
Most of these poems were written a few years
ago, when I was on a major poem-writing jag.
The older poems were presented publicly at
one time or another, either at coffee house "open mike" readings, or at
a show in which I was one of four women presenting the best of our work.
That event was called "Voices Unveiled," and we had a lot of fun.
The "New Poems" page contains more recently
composed work, and seem to represent a new direction for me. I'm
just glad to be writing poetry again after such a long hiatus.
