I am but a student, a peanut, as it were. My 'action' consists only of advice for you. Sometimes things get lost. Sometimes Swami wants a person to chew on questions so as to find one's own answers. Sometimes he may simply choose not to answer, for you simply can't command on one such as he. I would simply ask again. What can it hurt? Also, do know that a form letter email isn't necessarily a promise to provide an answer in the form you expect. It is possible that Silence is also an answer. I just received an answer stating from ms. Anni or some secretary that Swamiji would reply to my answer. It is now 3 years and till date I am waiting for the answer.
